Our team will thoroughly inspect the entirety of the roof (shingles, aging, thermal cracking, soft decking, ice and water shield, skylights, and vents).
We will also fully inspects the windows, garage door, gutter/downspouts, siding/paint, and personal items around the home. If it was possibly damaged by hail, Faraday is sure to inspect it and get it covered by insurance.
WARRANTY & GUARANTEE
Workmanship Coverage:
Faraday Construction warrants that all trade labor (roofing, solar, windows, etc.) has been completed in a professional manner and is free from installation defects for a period of 5 Years from the completion date. The warranty is Transferable - pending Transferable Form Completion.
If an issue comes up, simply give your Faraday representative a call or reach out to our office line (720-766-1518) and we will get the issue resolved.
Product/Material Coverage:
Roofing: materials (shingles, underlayment, etc.) are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (Owens Corning) - Limited Lifetime Warranty (As long as you own the home). Copies of manufacturer warranties will be provided. A Faraday rep will inspect the roof 3 months and 12 months after installation.
Windows: Pella Certified Installer allows us to match all of Pella’s material warranties. Breakdown of each product warranty in the documentation provided. A Faraday rep will inspect the windows 3 months and 12 months after installation.
Interior Remodels: materials purchased through manufacturer (Daltile, Floor & Decor, etc.) are covered under their manufacturer warranties, with Faraday standing behind all workmanship. A Faraday rep will inspect the project 3 months and 12 months after installation.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover storm damage, acts of nature, alterations, or lack of routine maintenance.
